    DIRECTIONS

  • In a large bowl, beat eggs.
  • Stir in ham, milk, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
  • Place one layer of waffles in the bottom of the pan, cut to fit bottom of pan.
  • Pour half of the mixture on the waffles.
  • Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
  • Layer again with waffles, egg mixture and cheese.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until eggs are set.
