DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, canola oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Add the flour mixture to the large bowl and mix until combined. Stir in the oatmeal until completely combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and the diced walnuts. Using a 1 inch cookie scoop, drop cookie dough onto a cookie sheet leaving 2 inches between the drops. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the cookies are set and they are starting to brown.
