INGREDIENTS

  • 1tablespoonorange juice
  • 12 tablespoonlime juice
  • 12 tablespoonlemon juice
  • 1teaspoonlemon zest

  • 2cupsstrawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
  • 2cupsblueberries, washed
  • 2cupsmangoes, peeled, stoned and diced

  • 1 12 cupskiwi fruits, peeled, sliced and halved
  • 1 12 cupsred seedless grapes, washed and halved
  • 1cupbanana, peeled and diced

    DIRECTIONS

  • In a small bowl, combine agave nectar, orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, and zests; whisk until well blended and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the fruits except the diced bananas. If not serving immediately, cover with plastic wrap making sure it touches the surface.
  • If serving right away, add bananas and pour on agave nectar mixture; toss gently. Add diced bananas and carefully toss again. Yields 14 cups.
