In a small bowl, combine agave nectar, orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, and zests; whisk until well blended and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all the fruits except the diced bananas. If not serving immediately, cover with plastic wrap making sure it touches the surface.
If serving right away, add bananas and pour on agave nectar mixture; toss gently. Add diced bananas and carefully toss again. Yields 14 cups.
