Burger King is constantly changing and updating its menu to keep up with customer demand. The fast food chain often introduces offers and deals to its menu too, helping fans save a little money.

Burger King’s most recent offer is the opportunity for fans to get their hands on one of its most popular burgers for free.

Burger enthusiasts can order a Whopper burger completely free of charge by using the Burger King app.

The fast food brand has introduced the offer to coincide with Halloween, and the only way to secure the free burger is to use a “limited-edition ghost detecting feature”.

This feature is already on the Burger King app, and so fans must download this onto their smart phones first before doing anything else.

The Burger King app is available to download for free on Google Play or the Apple Store.

The next step is to use the app’s ghost-detecting feature to “scan their surroundings and discover any supernatural activity”.

Those who use the “Home of the Ghosts” feature and find a ghost lurking around them will automatically receive a buy-one-get-one-free coupon on the Whopper.

This will mean they can take the coupon into any Burger King restaurant to receive the famous flame-grilled burger for free.

The deal will only be available to burger lovers nationwide when they place a click-and-collect order via the app.

Fans can choose from a flame-grilled Whopper or the plant-based Whopper whenever a “ghost” is near them until November 1.

The deal is already available now, so consumers can download the app whenever they are ready to “hunt”.

On Burger King’s website, the Whopper is described as: “A flame-grilled beef patty, topped with tomatoes, fresh cut lettuce, mayo, pickles, a swirl of ketchup, and sliced onions on a soft sesame seed bun.”

But Burger King also has a slew of other items on its menu.

The Memphis BBQ King is a brand new burger which consists of a flame-grilled beef pattie, two slices of American cheese, a heap of bacon, BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, and three crispy onion rings, served in a sesame seed bun.

Other new additions include the Memphis BBQ King Double and the Memphis BBQ Crispy Chicken.

The Cheesy Bacon Loaded Fries are also new on the menu.

In other fast food news, McDonald’s has introudced five brand new items to its menu.

These include two burgers, mini potato waffles, and a new McFlurry flavour.

The mini potato waffles were today added to the McDonald’s breakfast menu for the first time in the fast food company’s history.

The McFlurry is Twirl flavour, while one burger is the McCrispy chicken burger and the other is the BBQ Bacon Stack burger.
