A content creator shared her baked eggs recipe which she claims means she’s “never making eggs another way!” She uses her TikTok account The Shaba Kitchen (@theshabakitchen) to share “daily recipes, food hacks, and more.” How, does she make the dish? To make it you will need a number of ingredients, although cooks could mix and match with their toppings. The chef uses a mixture of veg, meat, and dairy toppings.

Eggs (one per portion)

  • Turkey pepperoni
  • Red, orange, and green peppers
  • Courgette
  • Broccoli
  • Green onions
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Mozerella cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley


The cook says: “I start by cracking a large egg and then just pour that right into my muffin pan.”

She created three different toppings for her eggs. On her first, she said: “Now, I’m going to cut up some turkey pepperoni slices and place that on top of our egg. To that, we are going to add some finely chopped green peppers. And I’m also going to add in just a few chopped mushrooms.”

On the next eggs, she creates a veggie version. She said: “On some eggs, we are going to do some sliced courgette and some beautiful chopped red bell pepper and top that off with some green onions.”

To the last egg muffins, she added her last collection of toppings. She said: “On these ones, we are going to start with finely chopped broccoli, some red onions, and a few lovely orange peppers.”

She goes on: “To season our eggs, I’m going to start with a little bit of salt, a little bit of black pepper, and some garlic and herb seasoning. Then we are going to top these off with some cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.”

She then finishes her baked eggs off with some freshly chopped parsley. The chef added: “I’m going to put them in the oven at 350F (around 175C) for exactly 20 minutes.”

While the eggs were cooking she drizzles some olive oil on some bread and cooked this in the air fryer at 400F (around 204C) for three minutes. She takes an avocado, cuts it in half, and slices it thinly, making the slices as even as possible. She squirts lime juice on the avocado and adds salt and some red pepper flakes.

After removing her toast from the air fryer, she places half an avocado on top of each piece of toast. Finally, she takes the eggs from the oven, adds Siracha sauce, and eats it with avocado and toast.

A content creator has shared the perfect technique to cook an over easy fried egg.

Erin posts “(mostly) healthy recipes and cooking tips” on her Tiktok account @erinnnmeck, where she has amassed over 80K likes on her videos. 

She explained: “You’ll have a perfect yolk every time because you do have to flip them, just make sure you don’t overcook them.”
