Corn Chowder With Sausage

INGREDIENTS

  • 6cups peeled and cubed potatoes
  • 1teaspoonsalt
  • 12 teaspoondried marjoram
  • 3cupswater
  • 1lbpork sausage
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 15 14 ounceswhole kernel corn
  • 14 34 ouncescreamed corn
  • 12ouncesevaporated milk
  • DIRECTIONS

  • Combine potatoes, salt, marjoram, and water in a soup pot.Boil until potatoes are just tender.
  • Brown sausage and onion in a skillet over medium heat.Drain off excess fat, and add to the potatoes.
  • Stir in the cans of corn and evaporated milk.Heat through and serve.
