As coronavirus fears continue to grow, a number of restaurant chains are giving free food and drinks to those working for the NHS. Chains including McDonald’s, Starbucks, Domino’s, Pret A Manger and Leon have introduced new offers for public sector workers. This is the full list of discounts available.

McDonald’s
The fast food restaurant is offering free drinks to NHS staff, council workers and the emergency services.
Workers will be able to claim a free drinks as a ‘thank you’ in their local restaurant or drive-thru branch by showing their work pass.
This includes any hot or cold drink item from the menu.
Starbucks
The popular coffee chain will also offer free drinks to public sector workers during this time.
Members of staff can claim a free filter coffee in branches across the country.
A statement read: “In support of their courage, commitment and resilience, we will offer free filtered coffee to all NHS, council and emergency services staff, effective immediately.”
Domino’s
According to shoppers on deal website, hotukdeals, Domino’s will give a free medium pizza to NHS workers.
Customers should check their local stores as the offer is only available in some areas.
Pret A Manger
All staff working to fight coronavirus will be treated to free hot drinks in stores across the country.
By showing their work passes, NHS staff can grab a free tea or coffee and get 50 percent of all other purchases.
A statement said: “Dear NHS Workers, Your hot drinks are on the house from today, and we’ll take 50 percent off everything else.

Paul
The French bakery chain will treat frontline staff to a free takeaway coffee or tea.
The offer starts today and is only valid on takeaway products.
Leon
Customers at the fast food chain can enjoy a 50 percent discount on all products.
This is available to NHS workers and they will also offer free food deliveries to those who work near hospitals.
Carluccio’s
The Italian restaurant group is offering free hot drinks to take away for NHS staff.
It will also offer 50 percent off for workers dining in and off products in its deli.
