  • 2lbswhite candy coating, coarsely chopped
  • 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (11 1/2ounce) package milk chocolate chips
  • 5cupsdry roasted salted peanuts

    DIRECTIONS

  • In a heavy saucepan over low heat, cook and stir candy coating and chips until melted and smooth. Cool for 10 minutes; stir in peanuts.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm, about 45 minutes.
  • Put all ingredients in a crockpot and stir after 1 hour.  Cook on low another hour and then place on wax paper.
