Step 1:Cut chicken breasts and set aside in a bowl while dicing the green peppers. Cook chicken until browned and add green peppers.
Step 2: Measure all seasoninginto a bowl and mix well with the chicken and peppers while they’recooking. Add water to the chicken and stir until absorbed.
Step 3: Boil the brown rice until fully cooked and set aside.
Step 4: Dice tomatoes and set aside in a bowl.
Step 5: Place beans and corn into a pan and cook on high until heated.
Step 6: Mix cilantro, sour cream, olive oil, amd lime juice in a bowl and mix well.
Step 7: Place 1 cup of rice into a bowl and top with black beans and corn, chicken, tomatoes, and then drizzle sauce on top.
