Rebecca is also an expert on feeding a family on a budget.
Express.co.uk quizzed the cooking expert on her leftovers recipes.
The cook had a novel idea for all those Christmas dinner leftovers.
She said: “I like to add a couple of extra packets of ready rolled puff pastry onto my Christmas shopping list.”
What on earth for, you ask? Well, Rebecca turns her leftovers into a sausage roll.
She explained: ” Anything wrapped in pastry is heaven in my book.
“I love nothing more than leftover Christmas dinner, (including the gravy!), piled into a big festive sausage roll.”

The expert loads her turkey and sides in pastry, and bakes it “until crispy and golden on the outside.”
It’s a great alternative to the classic Christmas sandwich.
Rebecca said: “I sometimes look forward to that more than I do my actual Christmas dinner.”
