McDonald’s fans can enjoy a discount on their favourite foods this week as the fast food chain offers customers £5 off the entire menu. McNuggets, Big Macs, milkshakes and McFlurries are all covered by this deal. How do you get the McDonald’s mega deal this week?

From Monday 17 to Friday 21 January, McDonald’s is offering £5 off its entire menu.

McDonald’s said: “With the gloomy weather and post-Christmas bank balances, it’s no surprise January 17th is Blue Monday, the saddest day of the year.

“McDonald’s is looking to brighten up the day with two money-saving offers that are guaranteed to put a smile on your face and keep cash in your pocket.”

All you have to do is spend £15, and you can get £5 off your bill on food to pick up or eat in, as long as you order through the MyMcDonald’s app.

This offer is available in many McDonald’s stores across the UK, but excludes the stores listed here.

You can’t make the most of the offer on UberEats or any other food delivery service, but it is available exclusively on the MyMcDonald’s app for pick up or to eat in.

If you’d prefer to get your food delivered, there’s a deal for that too!

The fast-food chain is offering another exclusive deal if you order food for McDelivery using the MyMcDonald’s app. You can get a tasty 20 percent discount on your whole order – you don’t even have to leave the sofa!

All you need to do is download the MyMcDonald’s app for free and create an account.

Once you’re all set up on MyMcDonald’s, you can use the app to order food for Drive-Thru, collection or McDelivery.

In the app, you can see all the offers available to MyMcDonald’s customers.

You can redeem McDonald’s latest offers against its whole menu, including breakfast between 5am and 11am.

With the ‘Spend £15, Save £5’ offer, you could feed your family with two Big Mac meals, two Happy Meals and two Galaxy Salted Caramel McFlurries for just £13.14.

If you wanted the same order for McDelivery, you would only have to pay £14.51 plus delivery fees.

As the McDelivery deal works as a percentage of the money you’ve spent, the more money you spend the more you save.

For example, if you spent £20 you would save £4, but if you spent £50 you would save £10.

Not only is today known as Blue Monday for being a particularly depressing day of the year, but many people will be anxiously awaiting their January payslip, having had to wait longer than usual because of Christmas.

So while many of us will be pinching pennies this week, McDonald’s offers can make a takeaway treat more affordable.

You only have five days to enjoy these limited-edition deals, so make sure you don’t miss out.

McDonald’s also regularly offers a Monday deal, giving customers discounts on items like Breakfast McMuffins.
