  • 3 12 cupsmatzo farfel
  • 1 cuponion (minced)
  • 1 cupcelery (chopped)
  • 6 tablespoonsbutter
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 14 ounceshot water
  • 1 (4ounce) can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
  • Directions

  • Saute onions, mushrooms and celery until tender.
  • Add matzoh farfel.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and add to matzoh mixture.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
  • Bat at 375 for 30 minutes or until firm.
