DIRECTIONS
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook onion until softened.Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.Push onion and garlic to the side and turn up heat to medium-high.(Optional- Sprinkle a light dusting of flour over chicken to encourage browning).Fry chicken until browned.Sprinkle Italian seasoning over.Pour in tomato sauce (3 cups or 680ml jar), I liked tomato with basil for this recipe.Incorporate everything, lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes to thicken.Then crumble in feta and olives (mince these for a kid-friendly dish).Continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.Add in cream and serve.Source: Read Full Article
