Ben & Jerry’s Announced Cinnamon Roll And Gingerbread Cookie Dough Chunks For The Holidays

The best part of making Thanksgiving treats and holiday cookies—besides spending quality time with family, sure—is undoubtedly sneaking a little bit of extra dough before it hits the oven. Now, not only can you enjoy that craving safely, but you can also capture that feeling before it even hits Labor Day all thanks to Ben & Jerry’s.
The ice cream company announced today it would be adding both Gingerbread Cookie Dough Chunks and Cinnamon Bun Dough Chunks to its line of edible cookie dough. Both of these warm and sweet flavors are perfect for fall and winter…even if it’s still too warm outside to enjoy any of the ACTUAL treats.
We got a chance to try both flavors already, which, yes, means I ate cookie dough at 9:00 in the morning, and honestly, whatever you’re envisioning about these treats is exactly what they taste like. The gingerbread flavor is VERY packed with ginger but still tastes like true cookie dough. The cinnamon roll flavor gets the flavor of dough, icing, and cinnamon and manages to mix them together perfectly. It was a strange sensation to pull these out of the freezer and feel like I was actually eating dough that my mom was preparing for Christmas Eve, but that’s what makes them so delicious.
