Many will recognise Gregg Wallace from presenting the BBC’s MasterChef, and Celebrity MasterChef. Tonight he’ll appear on ITV’s The Chase for a Celebrity special. In recent years, the 54-year-old has lost an incredible amount of weight. Earlier this year, Gregg shared a post work out image showing off his muscular back. He captioned the image, which he shared to his 216k Twitter followers: “Getting older and stronger.” Fans quickly rushed to comment on the photo as they praised the TV star on his physique.

“Doesn’t get tougher than this,” another said.
The image follows Gregg’s three stone weight loss. So how did he manage to slim down?
Gregg – who is married to Anna Sterpini, 31, with whom he shares a baby son – previously posted about his weight lifting regime on his Twitter account.
Sharing a video, Gregg showed himself lifting a 130KG barbell. He has also revealed his change in diet plan in previous interviews.
He told The Sun that eating healthier versions of “hearty” meals had helped him lose the weight.
“I’m a huge fan of curries, chillies and stews and it is still possible to lose weight and eat hearty meals,” he explained.
“Think about cooking with meats such as chicken and pork — all the things that don’t have much fat.
“Use lean mince to make chillies, fill up with tasty stews stuffed full of healthy, low-calorie veg.”
Another star who has also had an impressive weight loss journey is TV presenter Sandi Toksvig.
In recent years, the Great British Bake Off star has lost an incredible four stone.
Sandi, 61, previously wore a dress size 22, however, she managed to shed the pounds by making one major change to her diet – going sugar free.
The 61-year-old embarked on the Louise Parker diet plan, a plan which encourages followers to go sugar-free, exercise every day and cut out complex carbs.
As a result, Sandi lost four stone in 12 months and now wears a dress size 10.
Speaking in her Good Housekeeping column, Sandi revealed: “I’m not quite as thin as I was, but I certainly haven’t put it back on again.
