Speaking to, Nutritionist Rob Hudson explained that it is possible to follow a keto lifestyle safely, while still getting everything that your body needs.

He said: “It’s a misconception that the keto diet is highly restrictive as there are still many ways to create healthy, balanced and tasty meals using the foods that you are able to eat.  

“Try getting creative with dried herbs and spices to create interesting dressings and marinades to make your food taste more interesting.
