Lucy Mecklenburg fitness plan revealed

The co-owner of Results with Lucy, has been seen participating in several live fitness classes with other co-owner and her personal trainer Cecilia Harris.

Results with Lucy was founded in 2013 and it aims to provide slimmers with workouts, recipes, and structured individual fitness plans.

Currently, it is one of the most popular fitness platforms in the UK and it now has hundreds of thousands of subscribers.

Previously it was revealed how Lucy believes in “all things in moderation” is the only way to go, not starvation diets and “quick fixes” as they don’t last.

“It’s never easy to start sorting new but its good to set a date and say, ‘This is when I’m going to start living heather’.

“Yo-yoing between fad diets is no good and waiting until January every year to put yourself through daily gruelling gym workouts – and giving up three weeks later – won’t help either.

“You need to find a balance you can maintain, a lifestyle that works for you.”

The reality television star’s personal fitness journey began in 2012 – when she was only 21 – newly heartbroken from her recent split with ex Mario Falcone and all partied out, Lucy thought enough is enough and changed her life for the better.

She previously revealed that she wasn’t very sporty at school and when she moved to London for her first job she “drank a lot” and “ate fast food” because it was easy.

“It wasn’t just a weight thing, although the pounds crept on. I felt sluggish and never woke up feeling like I wanted to start the day.

“I knew I had to do something, so I signed up to a gym. But I hated it!” she revealed.

Only after a friend of hers put her in touch with future-business partner, Cecilia Harris that Lucy was able to finally change her view on fitness.

“I started training with Cecilia Harris for two or three half-hour sessions a week and loved it.

“She taught me simple bodyweight exercises and motivated me to feel good about it.

“I changed my diet, stopped skipping breakfast and ditched fast food.”

She revealed after posting a workout video to her social media pages, fans flooded with praise on her transformation and commented on her “fit” and “happy” appearance, which is what then prompted her to start Results with Lucy.

Now Lucy shares new workouts each day with her followers which can all be done at home.

She said: “I love sharing my workouts with people. It keeps me motivated too. I make sure I share my whole life.”

She continued to explain how on weekends she regularly posts pictures of her eating burgers and stacks of pancakes as she wants to show people that you don’t have to starve yourself to get a great figure.

“I post about it to show people you don’t have to give up what you love. You have to find a balance.”

In a recent post shared with her 1.5 million Instagram followers, Lucy revealed that her and “bump” bestie Lydia Bright were both pregnant while filming Celebrity Hunted for channel 4.

In a lengthy post Lucy said: “Even though it made the experience a little harder due to nausea and tiredness it was actually super special experience.”

Celebrity Hunted airs tonight on Channel 4 at 21:00PM
