Rebel Wilson, 40, is the well known actress known for her roles as ‘Fat Amy’ in Pitch Perfect and also The Hustle. Posting to Instagram in a new post, Rebel stunned her fans when she showed off her new slimmer physique in a figure hugging navy wrap dress. She was dressed up for a charity event to raise money for The School of St Jude, which offers free education to children in Arusha, Tanzania.
The actress revealed in May that she was trying to get down to her goal weight of 75kg after explaining that her health was her top priority.
Rushing to the comments to share their thoughts on Rebel’s new look, one person commented: “Sweet baby Jesus!!! You look amazing.”
Another said: “Look at the super model!”
According to People magazine, Rebel’s incredible weight loss is down to following the Mayr Method diet plan.
While a lot of diets encourage the habit of healthy snacking throughout the day to satisfy hunger, this diet discourages any form of snacking.
The Mayr Method also lays emphasis on having breakfast regularly and makes a person skip out on dinner.
The creator of the diet Dr. Franz Xaver Mayr was said to believe that everything is connected to the guy, and what we eat, or don’t eat, can affect our overall health and wellbeing, including weight.
According to People, “Mayr believed that most people are poisoning their digestive systems with the foods they eat and how they eat them.”

While the diet doesn’t restrict calories, it is a well known fact that dieters must be in a deficit in order to lose any amount of weight.
This means that your body is burning more calories than you are consuming and exercise can help make the deficit bigger.
Gluten and dairy are restricted on the diet but substitutes like plant-based milks are encouraged as well as coffee and tea being off the menu because of their caffeine content.
Aside from water, you can drink herbal teas or fruit and vegetable juices to help provide plenty of nutrition to your body.
Wine is also permitted on the diet because it can help to dissolve fat during digestion.
This is also similar to the Sirtfood diet, a plan which helped Adele lose an incredible seven stone where wine is allowed as long as it is kept to one glass a day.
Rebel reportedly does workouts six days a week including HIIT exercises, mobility, weights and resistance training.
She has also been snapped going for plenty of walks and hikes, making sure she gets in at least 10,000 steps a day.
There are also certain habits that are thought to help in the weight loss journey just as eating slowly, stopping eating when full, drinking between meals, eating a big meal at breakfast and a small meal for dinner.
It is thought that when you chew more, you tend to eat less because your brain has the time to send signals to your stomach to indicate when it is full.
Most of the time, people will eat what is on their plate without properly wondering if they are full up or not before they finish.
This causes many to overeat, which will then cause weight gain or maintenance.
Slimmers also can’t eat raw foods after a certain time nor drink any beverages with any meals.
