Ingredients
1 tbsp nut butter (such as cashew or peanut)
1½ tsp honey, maple syrup or golden syrup
splash vanilla extract
pinch bicarbonate of soda
1½ tbsp ground almonds or 1 tsp plain wholemeal flour
1-2 squares dark chocolate, chopped into chunks
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C, gas mark 6. Put the nut butter, honey or syrup, vanilla extract, bicarbonate of soda and a pinch of salt in an ovenproof cup or ramekin roughly 7cm in diameter, and stir until combined. Mix in the ground almonds or flour and top with the chocolate chunks.
2. Put the cup on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, until set at the edges but still soft in the middle. Eat while still warm
