Lillian Sadoh loved big family gatherings with big platters of food, but a wake-up call from her GP saw her lose weight and drop from a size 18 to a size 8.

Lillian chose to join the LighterLife Total diet plan after her doctor told her she had 88 percent fatty liver and if she didn’t lose two stone as a matter of urgency, it would cause “irreversible damage”.
Since joining the plan in the summer of 2019, Lillian has lost an incredible four stone one pound.
“Our family table was always filled with homemade dishes that were both healthy and unhealthy and I always chose the unhealthy ones as they were delicious,” she said.
“But this way of eating and the behaviours that were instilled in me – you must finish everything on your plate – left me an uncomfortable size 18.

Since being on the plan she’s learnt the importance of nutrition, portion control and how planning ahead is the key to keeping weight in check.
