Zara posted a number of bikini pictures to her social media account celebrating her weight loss. She posted a before image from summer 2019 and a number of more recent snaps.
The reality star, who is currently the focus of Made in Chelsea storylines as she attemps to win back former boyfriend Sam Thompson, wrote: “Can’t believe how far I’ve come! The first pic of me was a girl who never exercised and ate whatever she wanted.
“She wasn’t unhappy or insecure about weight…but she knew that she needed to start exercising, eating more fruits and veggies and making wiser choices in order to be healthier.”
A number of commenters piled on recent posts of Zara in her underwear.
Many complimented the star on the slimmer frame.
One, personal trainer and former reality TV star Gabby Allen called Zara “unreal”.
“Wow u look amazing,” another said.
“So stunning girl! You’ve done such a great job with your fitness journey, major inspiration.”
One commented: “I need to stop following you. Its not good for my body image.”
However, one concerned follower wrote: “You’re a stunning young lady but you look a little thin at the moment. Hope you’re eating with everything that’s going on.”

Zara spoke out on her weight loss before, revealing her relationship with food was less than healthy before her Love Island appearance in 2018.
She worked out four times a day, eating only a bag of carrots.
She told OK: “I remember one day, my friends had noticed how my weight had dropped and that I had skipped meals. They took me to Tesco and begged me to pick something to eat.
“They encouraged me to go for a protein shake or something nutritious, but I opted for a small bag of carrots.”
Writing an open letter on her social media about trolling following weight gain, the model stood up for herself.
She wrote: “Earlier this week, a cruel Twitter post, dedicated to celebrities who had supposedly heavily edited their Instagram snaps, showed ‘before’ pictures of me from around October last year – shortly before I was signed to the ITV2 dating show.
“To some I looked better. I was a tiny size 6, but inside I was so unhappy.
“I wasn’t anorexic but hadn’t eaten properly and had been skipping meals for months.”
Zara seems to be in a better place now, focusing on eating good food.
Recent studies have found that eating early and intermittent fasting do not help with weight loss.
So, it’s not always essential to scoff down breakfast first time.
It also might go to show a recent trend towards intermittent fasting in dieting may yield results thanks to a placebo effect.
