DIRECTIONS
Additional optional ingredients not included above: dried and/or fresh herbs, sliced tomatoes, cheese (Havarti is fantastic on this).Mix dry ingredients, then add water and 1 1/2 T oil. Kneed dough one minute on floured surface.Roll thin and place on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Use a fork to poke holes over the entire surface.Bake at 450 degrees F for ten minutes.Remove from oven and brush with remaining olive oil, and optional dried herbs, and or sliced tomatoes.Bake an additional 10 minutes or until the flat bread is done to your liking.Remove from oven and add any fresh herbs or cheese.
