    DIRECTIONS

  • toast bread in a toaster oven.
  • carefully take the hot bread out of the oven and place the slices on the cutting board. with the butter knife, spread the honey mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  • place the turkey on top of the mustard on one slice of toast.
  • gently spread the cranberry sauce or relish on top of the turkey with the back of a spoon.
  • put the second slice of bread, mustard side up, on top of the sauce or relish.
  • on this slice, place the apple slices. cover the apple with the piece of lettuce.
  • place the last slice of bread on top, mustard side down.
  • cut the sandwich in half with the sharp knife.
