- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
Melt mozzarella cheese. Let it cool for 2 minutes, then mix in with the eggs.
Place it on a baking sheet with parchment paper on it. Put the pasta mixer on the parchment paper and place another parchment paper on top, then press down until thin.
Remove to top parchment paper and cut dough into thin strips. Put the dough in the fridge for four hours. If ready to eat boil for one minute.
Drain, then it is ready.
