Á la Chinese plate


  1. rice
  2. 2 eggs
  3. spinach
  4. chia (optional)
  5. bruschetta
  6. 3 tomatoes
  7. 1 medium onion


  1. Peel the tomatoes and cut them

  2. Cut up the onion and add to the tomatoes

  3. Mix them up, add seeds and put in the refrigerator

  4. Boil the eggs and the rice

  5. Cut up the eggs

  6. Mix the rice with a tablespoon of chia seeds

  7. Cut up some spinach on small pieces

  8. Put the rice in two bowls and put on the eggs, the tomatoes and the spinach in an aestheticly pleasing way.
