Basic Baked Acorn Squash


  1. 1 acorn squash
  2. 2 Tbsp butter
  3. honey


  1. Heat oven to 375f

  2. Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds and put in a ‘grab-it’ or oiled pan, cut side down.

  3. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

  4. Turn face up and add 1 Tbs butter and 1 tsp of honey in each cavity.

  5. Return to oven and bake another 30 minutes. Remove and serve.
