- 1 acorn squash
- 2 Tbsp butter
Heat oven to 375f
Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds and put in a ‘grab-it’ or oiled pan, cut side down.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Turn face up and add 1 Tbs butter and 1 tsp of honey in each cavity.
Return to oven and bake another 30 minutes. Remove and serve.
