Basic pan-fried chicken breast


  1. Chicken
  2. Salt
  3. Pepper
  4. Garlic powder (opt)
  5. Onion powder (opt)
  6. Oil


  1. Defrost the chicken until its room temperature

  2. Roll the chicken until it is a even piece

  3. Drizzle salt, pepper and spices

  4. Pan-fried at medium heat 4 mins each side

  5. Wait until it has cool down before cutting
