- 5 (5) lbs. Potatoes
- 1 (1) lb.. Bacon
- 2 (2) Onions
Boil Potatoes about 40 minutes. Let cool, peel and slice.
Cook Bacon, remove from pan and chop-up.
Chop-up and fry Onions in bacon grease.
Remove Onions, add oil and Fry Potatoes. Repeat until all Potatoes are brown. Mix together in large aluminum pan.
