Bellport Football's Traditional Home Fries


  1. 5 (5) lbs. Potatoes
  2. 1 (1) lb.. Bacon
  3. 2 (2) Onions


  1. Boil Potatoes about 40 minutes. Let cool, peel and slice.

  2. Cook Bacon, remove from pan and chop-up.

  3. Chop-up and fry Onions in bacon grease.

  4. Remove Onions, add oil and Fry Potatoes. Repeat until all Potatoes are brown. Mix together in large aluminum pan.
