Bengal gram hlwa

Ingredients

  1. bengal gram 250 gms
  2. 1 ltr milk
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 2 tbs pistachio
  5. 2 tbs coconut
  6. 1 cup oil

Steps

  1. Saoked daal for 3hour.

  2. Boil bengal gram in milk.

  3. Then grind it finely.

  4. Take a pan add oil then add grind bengal gram cook untill oil separte.

  5. Add sugar cook till mix well and separte oil.

  6. Garnish with pistachio and coconut.
