Blueberry smoothie time!

Smoothie time! This is the best smooth ever!! All you need is some frozen fruit, fresh fruit, yoghurt, and milk! The best part is… ITS HEALTHY! If you hate the guilt of eating or drinking something because it’s not healthy, feel it no more!


  1. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  2. 1/2 fresh blueberries
  3. 1/4 cup yoghurt
  4. 1/8 cup milk (2 tablespoons)


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined

  2. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
