Caramel Cookies Cake

Ingredients

  1. 140 g Butter
  2. 63 g Brown Sugar
  3. 1 pinch Salt
  4. 45 g Sugar
  5. 60 g Egg
  6. 190 g Plain Flour
  7. 1/4 tsp Baking Powder –
  8. 15 g Cocoa Powder
  9. Chocolate Chip
  10. Caramel Sauce
  11. 45 g Sugar
  12. 10 g Water
  13. 35 g Heavy cream
  14. 1 pinch Salt
  15. 15 g Butter

Steps

  1. Beat butter, brown sigar and salt with mixer. Add in sugar & egg. Add in ③ and ④. Make sure it doesnt beat for too long or else it will be watery

  2. Prepare Caramel sauce. Double boil your heavy cream and salt. Heat up your sugar and water until it become golden brown color. Add in your heavy cream before it cool down. Add on butter and mix well.

  3. Bake it for 25 – 30 minutes, 165/150℃
