It doesn’t take long to cook a good tasting homemade soup.
- 2 chicken breasts
- Orzo pasta
- Olive oil
- 32 oz Chicken broth
- 2 cups Water
- Oyster crackers
Pan fry 2 chicken breasts
While chicken is frying dice 1 medium onion, 1 stalk of celery, and 1 carrot half pieces.
In a separate pan fry in olive oil all the vegetables till tender. Maybe 10 minutes.
In a sauce pot empty your 32 oz chicken broth and 2 cups of water. Set aside.
When chicken internal temp is ready, dice chicken into bite size pieces. And add chicken, and vegetables into sauce pot with chicken broth and water.
Cover pot to a boil, uncover reduce heat to a simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Add oyster crackers if desired.
