Chicken Salad and Dressing


  1. 1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
  2. 4 Tblspn Sugar
  3. 4 Teaspn Accent
  4. 1/4 Teaspn salt
  5. 1/4 Teaspn pepper
  6. 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
  7. 1 Head Leaf Lettuce
  8. 1 Head Romain Lettuce
  9. 1 Large Can of Chicken
  10. 1 Red Onion (chopped)
  11. 1 Can Rice Noodles (international food isle)
  12. Sliced Almonds


  1. Dressing: 
    (Make a few days ahead to enhance the flavor).
    Mix together vinegar, sugar, Accent, salt, and pepper. Add the oil.

  2. Salad:
    Drain the can of chicken and flake the chicken into small pieces. Mix together lettuces, onion, rice noodles, and almonds. Dress with dressing.

  3. Notes

    Rice noodles usually come in a blue can in the Oriental foods section.
