- 3 large potatoes, 2 carrot 2 green pepper
- 1 onion, 2 boil eggs

Place potato slice into a large bowl of cold water as you slice. Drain and rinse then put a little salt in potato and combine. Heat oil in a deep fryer then fry the potato. Keep it aside, wash your veg and cut it pour i liitle oil into frying pan and put your veg and fry it until 4 minutes, then put the chips into your veg and mix it together.
