Cold coco with chocolate


  1. 1 kg milk
  2. 3 tbsp corn flour
  3. 4 tbsp coco powder
  4. 1/2 Cup sugar
  5. 2 dairymilk chocolate


  1. Make slurry of corn flour and coco powder by mixing some milk so that there should be no lumps.

  2. Now boil milk.

  3. Add slurry to warm milk and take a boil to the milk.

  4. Now add sugar to mixture.

  5. Add some crushed chocolate in the mixture and boil for 4 to 5 minutes.

  6. Now take this mixture to room temperature and put it in freeze for 2 hours.

  7. Now cold coco is ready to serve. Serve this chilled cold coco with some crushed chocolate.
