Copy of Roasted Duck on a bed of carrots

Ingredients

  1. 3 lb carrots peeled cut into thirds
  2. 6 lb duck
  3. 1/4 cup salt
  4. 1 1/2 cup water
  5. 1 large onion quartered

Steps

  1. Preheat oven 350° Fahrenheit

  2. In a pan lay your carrots on bottom

  3. Use a little salt on carrots

  4. Take duck look it over make sure its clean put salt all over outside the duck and inside the cavity

  5. Add water to the pan

  6. Stuff the onion in the duck Lay your duck breastside up, on the carrots roast in oven 2 hours 15 minutes to 3 hours uncovered till done

  7. Let sit for 15 minutes
