IngredientsNutrition 1 1 ⁄2 lbsground beef 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning 1 ⁄2 cupwater 1 (15ounce) can corn, drained 1 (15ounce) can stewed tomatoes 1 ⁄2 cupgreen pepper, . (or Black Beans) (optional) 1 ⁄2 cup grated cheese 1 (8 5/8 ounce) package Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 ⁄4 cup melted margarine or 1 ⁄4 cupbutter Directions Brown meat, drain. Stir in next 4 (or 5) ingredients, bring to a boil. Pour into 2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with the cheese, then cover the meat & cheese with the dry muffin mix. Drizzle with melted butter.
