DIRECTIONS
Kneed Dumpling Dough Ingredients together.Boil 2 Qts of Water, add chicken base.Roll Dumpling dough out until 1/4 inch thick. Use a pizza cutter to slice it into 1"x1" squares.Drop dumpling squares into boiling liquid and cook until floating. Remove cooked dumplings and repeat until all cooked.To make sauce, melt the butter and add flour and milk. Stir out any chunks.Add salt pepper and soup base to sauce. allow time to thicken. cook on low.Dice up 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs. Cook in a frying pan at medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil.Once chicken is cooked, remove and shred.Add chicken to a mixing bowl.
