    DIRECTIONS

  • Kneed Dumpling Dough Ingredients together.
  • Boil 2 Qts of Water, add chicken base.
  • Roll Dumpling dough out until 1/4 inch thick. Use a pizza cutter to slice it into 1"x1" squares.
  • Drop dumpling squares into boiling liquid and cook until floating. Remove cooked dumplings and repeat until all cooked.
  • To make sauce, melt the butter and add flour and milk. Stir out any chunks.
  • Add salt pepper and soup base to sauce. allow time to thicken. cook on low.
  • Dice up 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs. Cook in a frying pan at medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Once chicken is cooked, remove and shred.
  • Add chicken to a mixing bowl. Add dumplings, pour sauce over the top.
  • Serve.
