Yummy and healthy
Ingredients
- 1 cup cholar dal
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 100 gm greated paneer
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp kaju
- 1 tbsp raisin
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 red chili
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriender powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- to taste Salt
Steps
Wash cholar dal and soak for 2hour. Pore dal in pressure cooker add salt and cook for 1whesel.
Take a pan and 2tbsp oil add chili and cumin seeds when it crackles add onion cooked until brown then add ginger and tomatoes cook sometime and add green peas, kaju,raisins then add masala,haldi and paneer. Add dal and cook for 2 minutes. Don’t add more water. At last add sugar and roasted powder.
Serve with paratha
