- 6 Tsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups pasta sauce
- 6 small skinless, boneless, chicken breasts (~1 lb)
- 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Stir 4 Tsp Parmesan cheese into pasta sauce
Spray medium skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add chicken and cook for 10 mins or until browned. Drain.
Pour pasta sauce over chicken and turn to coat both sides. Cook over medium heat for 10 mins or until chicken no longer pink.
Top with the rest of the cheese and let stand for 5 mins to melt cheese.
