This recipe is quick and delicious. Great starter for any grill.
Less than 20 min to prepare and we used Spanish Ñoras! Usually, we don’t get this kind of ingredient around the region where we live. But it gives the dish an amazing aroma and special flavor you will definitely enjoy. Cheers!
- 1 Pound Shrimp
- 2 Tablespoons Spanish Ñora Peppers Powder
- 2 Oz. Salted Butter
- 2 Oz. Pisco, Grapa, Orujo or any other liquor made from distilled grape juice
- To Taste Salt
Wash the Shrimp with plenty of water.
Preheat a pan and add Butter, Salt and the Shrimp.
Add the Ñora Peppers.
Let the Shrimp cook for 5 min at medium heat.
Add the Pisco and let cook for another 5 min.
Serve and enjoy!
