Easy “Yağlama” (Turkish Cousine)


  1. 5 large tortilla bread
  2. 300 gr minced meat (beef)
  3. Red pepper (bell or paprika)
  4. Green pepper
  5. 2 tomato
  6. 1 onion
  7. 3-4 cloves garlic
  8. Cumin
  9. Red hot pepper
  10. Pepper and salt
  11. Parsley
  12. Vegetable Oil
  13. 20 gr Butter
  14. Yogurt sauce
  15. Yogurt
  16. Garlic


  1. Chop onion and put in a pan with a little bit oil and fry them

  2. Add your minced meat to pan over onnions and cook for 5 mins

  3. Add finely choped red and green fresh pepper and choped or crushed garlics in it them cook 2 mins more

  4. Add peeled and choped tomato to pan and cook 10 more mins

  5. If it is too dry add a little bit water not too much we don’t want to make a soup.

  6. When it smells good and boiled you can add spicies 1 /2 tea spoon cumin 1 tea spoon red dry pepper 1 /2 tea spoon black pepper and 1 tea spoon salt
