Enchiladas

Ingredients

  1. 3 pounds burger
  2. 1 jar pace hot picante sauce
  3. 1 jalapeño chopped
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. I small can sliced olives black
  6. to taste Chilling powder
  7. to taste Salt
  8. to taste Pepper
  9. Pinch red pepper flakes
  10. Pinch ground red pepper
  11. to taste Hot sauce of choice
  12. 4 tablespoons Butter
  13. 1/4 cup Masa flour
  14. 3 cups V8 juice
  15. 1 can whole tomatoes
  16. Shredded cheese of choice
  17. Corn tortillas
  18. 3 cloves garlic chopped
  19. Pinto beans

Steps

  1. Combine the burger onion and 3 cloves of garlic black olives cook till browned. Reserve a quarter of the meat.

  2. Add the rest of ingredients minus the cheese and tortillas. Bring to a boil turn down to low cover and cook 2 hours. Melt butter with masa flour. Add some of chili to flour mixture then add back into the chili let cook till it thickens

  3. ASteam the tortillas add little meat and cheese and roll each one. Place in a baking dish. Top with chili and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or till heated through and cheese is melted.
