Fiesta Pinwheels

Ingredients

  1. 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
  2. 1/2 cup sour cream
  3. 1/4 cup picante sauce
  4. 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  5. Dash garlic powder
  6. 1 can (4 1/2 oz) chopped green chiles
  7. 1 cup (4 oz) finely shredded cheddar cheese
  8. 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
  9. 8 flour tortillas
  10. Mango peach salsa

Steps

  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, picante sauce, taco seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in chiles, cheese, and onions.

  2. Spread about 1/2 cup on each tortilla.

  3. Roll up jelly roll-style; wrap in plastic wrap for 2 hours or overnight.

  4. Slice into 1-inch pieces. Serve with mango/peach salsa.
