Smash avocado in a bowl.

Let it sit covered for a hour.
After a hour pan fry 1 serving of fries in sun flower oil.
Spread lettece on a plate. Pan fry chicken tenders or strips.
Add fries. Add chicken. Add avocado. Add chopped green onions. Then pour red salsa over the salad as a dressing.
