Fussili and Tofu Fritters

Fritters again ? we like deep fried things, so here goes. Hope you like it!


  1. 2 handfulls of fussili, boil
  2. 2 yellow tofu or any firm tofu, cut into cubes
  3. 1/4 an onion, slice
  4. 2 garlics, slice
  5. 15 tbsp flour
  6. Some water
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. Chicken powder
  10. Oil for frying


  1. Add everything into a bowl, except for the water.

  2. Then add in the water little by little until the batter becomes thick but still runny. Taste test.

  3. Heat the oil in a pan. Then take 1 tbsp of the batter. Do it until the pan is half full.

  4. Fry until golden brown on both sides.

  5. Do until everything is finished.

  6. Serve.
