Fritters again ? we like deep fried things, so here goes. Hope you like it!
- 2 handfulls of fussili, boil
- 2 yellow tofu or any firm tofu, cut into cubes
- 1/4 an onion, slice
- 2 garlics, slice
- 15 tbsp flour
- Some water
- Chicken powder
- Oil for frying
Add everything into a bowl, except for the water.
Then add in the water little by little until the batter becomes thick but still runny. Taste test.
Heat the oil in a pan. Then take 1 tbsp of the batter. Do it until the pan is half full.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Do until everything is finished.
