Put shrimp in pan, after drying, add salt pepper & sugar.Cook 1/2 of shrimp in 1 T. butter on one side only.Cook second half of shrimp in 1 T.butter, then remove shrimp and set-aside.
Put 1 T.butter in pan – melt, add garlic and cook 30 sec. to 1 minuteAdd a little flour, mix , than add sherry and calm juice, whip to brake down flour than reduce mixture to 3/4 cup.
Add 5 T.butter (one at a time) melt.Add 1 T. lemon and parsley.
Re-add shrimp to pan – cover – cook 3 – 4 minute.
Add bread crumbs to shrimp, mix, and serve over rice or orzo.
