Ginger and soy sauce streamed grouper

This is clean and healthy food for my little kid.

Ingredients

  1. Main
  2. 1 grouper (200-400 grams)
  3. 3-4 mushrooms
  4. 1/2 cup sliced gingers
  5. Sauce
  6. 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  7. 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  8. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  9. 1 teaspoon coriander root powder

Steps

  1. Clean the grouper with salt to reduce fishy smell

  2. Place the grouper on the plate topped with sliced gingers and mushrooms

  3. Mix all sauce ingredients and pour the sauce to the fish

  4. Stream it for 15 minutes and it’s all done!
