- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 cup Cabbage shredded
- 1 cup Capsicum sliced
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- Vegetable stock
Take fish add garlic ginger paste salt and red chilly powder marinate for one hour.
Then grill it at 200degree celsius for 30mins.
Take other pan add oil then add garlic cloves and saute. Then add shredded veggies stir fry it. Then add soy sauce black pepper m salt. Keep it aside.
Then prepare rice take a pan add oil then add garlic cloves and saute. Then add three glass of vegetable stock and boil it. Then add litle salt and add rice to it allow it to cook. After cooking dish out in a plate add rice then add veggies on top of it then keep grill fish on it.
Add crushed red chillies and coriander leaves on top of it.
