Grilled Pumpkin with Cheese

Ingredients

  1. 100 g frozen pumpkin
  2. 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  3. 1 piece sliced bacon
  4. 20 g cheese for pizza

Steps

  1. Defrost the frozen pumpkin in a microwave oven and put it in a plastic bag.

  2. Add the mayonnaise to the pumpkin and mix with your hands.

  3. Put it into a heat resistant container and add pizza cheese and bacon. Toast until brown.

  4. Possible pairing
    Bread, Grilled Pumpkin with Cheese, yogurt drink

  5. Preparation for the night before
    Cut the bacon (you can cut and freeze the entire pack)
